Headquartered in West Boylston, we have satellite classrooms in towns such as Auburn, Westboro, and Shrewsbury and over a 100 pickup locations.
Tim Cooney's background as a public servant helping the community launched CMSC Auto School in 1986 with one car and two employees. Tim applied for a license and gave a free lesson to an other-abled customer determined to drive and the state's first adaptive driving school was started. Today CMSC provides affordable adaptive training and independence to hundreds of other-abled drivers every year.
Started as a nonprofit, this lifelong mission of helping those less fortunate remains at the core of CMSC. We are wholly committed to serving everyone in the community who needs it and offer training, scholarships, donations and free lessons for the following groups:
